DRAFT EIS PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD [August 2026]
The Draft EIS public comment period has begun. The Air Force is soliciting comments on the Draft EIS. Comments can be made at public meetings, submitted online, or by mailing to: PRTC Airspace EIS, c/o Stantec, 501 Butler Farm Rd., Suite H, Hampton, VA 23666. To ensure sufficient time to consider all comments in preparing the Final EIS, comments should be submitted by September 8, 2026.
